Videography
Smoke Break
A mixed media stop motion film that plays around with 2D graphics and illustrations. By shooting a simple and mundane activity, the video's graphics pop out more and intensifies a tranquil walk with a cigarette.
The process involved removing several frames to provide the stop motion effect. Then, contact sheets with the new frames were printed and drawn on. Each frame is scanned back in with its new elements.

Human Lifestyle vs Human Destruction - Found Footage Edit
Using footage from the Prelinger Archive, I made an edit that reflects human influence on the world life thrives in. From the shining blue oceans to the dense luscious green forests, our planet is a rare and beautiful entity that is plagued by overconsumption and greed. Intervention is needed to prevent the complete destruction of Planet Earth.
The use of archive footage represents how are mistakes stem decades ago. Our mistakes have persisted and grown over the years and the only way to stop is to wake up.
